FABERIN provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes and data (henceforth, “contents”) in the Internet belonging to FABERIN or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes all responsibility for the use of this website. Said responsibility covers the register that may be necessary in order to access specific services or contents. The USER will be responsible for providing true and legitimate information in the register. As a result of the registration, the USER is given a password; the USER is obliged to use it carefully and to keep the password secret in order to access these services. The User undertakes to use FABERIN’s content and services (Chat, Forum services or newsgroups) in a suitable, proper and legal manner, without limitation. FABERIN’s content and services cannot be used for:

(i) Carrying out illicit or illegal activities, or those that breach obligations of good faith, social customs or public order.
(ii) Disseminating content or propaganda of a nature that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, justifying terrorism or violating human rights.

The views and opinions of users expressed in public forums, chat rooms and other participation tools do not necessarily state or reflect those of FABERIN.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

FABERIN per se or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights related to its website, including the content accessible (e.g. images, sound, audio, vñideo, software and text; brands or logos, combinations of colours, structure and design; materials used, the computer programmes necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), FABERIN’s ownership or its licensors.
