Faberin Ideas: Surprise on Father’s Day.
by Sara S.
Father’s Day is celebrated all over the world. But… not all countries celebrate the same day.
So, when is Father’s Day celebrated?
Most countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June, others like Russia celebrate it in February, Romania in May. While Australia and New Zealand celebrate in September.
In Spain, it is celebrated on March 19th. But it is not the only one, it shares this day with countries like Portugal, Italy, Honduras, Equatorial Guinea, Liechtenstein, Macao, Andorra or Bolivia.
Without a doubt, we all find on this day an excuse to show parents and grandparents the love, affection and even admiration we feel for them.
But, it doesn’t necessarily have to be like this… Who needs a particular day to give something special to someone special?

From Faberin, we encourage you to share with them a special piece that symbolizes everything you feel for them without needing a specific day. And as for special pieces, we have some ideas:
The first exclusive piece is ‘Trail’:
This option will be perfect for those who devote a lot of time to digital work or those who spend many hours in front of their computer.
'Trail lapdesk', notebook stand, available at Faberin.
Are you a lover of unique and exclusive design? Surprise yourself every week with the latest from Faberin!
Trail works as a Notebook holder. But, it’s much more than that. Since, it gives personality to the workspace. Its simple design line together with the wood, which works as a unique raw material of this tray, provides a relaxed atmosphere perfect for working without renouncing the aesthetic taste.
‘Trail lapdesk’ combines functionality with design to create a great piece for the office or home office. In addition, being fully mobile, it allows you to work from anywhere, giving you great comfort due to its size and compartments that allow you to work with the mouse, support cups and store pens. It’ll be the perfect treat for Father’s Day.
'Trail' designed by Juanny Barceló and manufactured by Pablo Pastor.
Like all the products you can find in Faberin, Trail has been designed by a professional designer, Juanny Barceló, and will be made a reality’ on demand’ exclusively for you, by the expert hands of Pablo Pastor. You can also customize it with a message or the name you want.
Our second idea to surprise on Father’s Day is ‘Lonelamp‘:
'Lonelamp': available in Faberin.
Lonelamp will be the best choice if he is a supportive person with a great social conscience, who likes to share and with a great empathic capacity. Since, it is not a simple lamp.
Lonelamp is our most solidary piece, designed and manufactured by the designer Javier Mañas, it is a lamp that will not only illuminate the space it occupies, but will also illuminate hundreds of lives when they need it most. Since a percentage of each sale will go to the NGO Proactiva Open Arms.
This original and minimalist lamp leaves no one indifferent. Since you won’t find a switch, at least unconventional. Lone, who represents a refugee (collective aided by the NGO mentioned above) and works as a lamp switch, is now playing a leading role. It will be your presence that determines whether the lamp is turned on or off.

Finally, we would like to talk to you about the ‘Bankrobber‘ lamp:
The option chosen, to Father’s Day, if it is someone who is passionate about reading and those moments of tranquility and disconnection. Or if you are a design lover looking to give your office or home a special touch.
'Bankrobber' lamp: available in Faberin.
‘Bankrobber‘ designed by architect Pablo Carballal, is a renewed version of the traditional emeralite or banker’s lamp. Made exclusively of brass, it is an original lamp in which the shape of its head stands out, exaggerating the frontal inclination simulating the beak of a bird. Its name comes from the song “The Clash” and is a tribute to those who want to illuminate their reward after a good job. Perfect to symbolize all the dedication that parents project in their children.
